How to get rid of cellulite.

Cellulite is common problem among lot of women around the world.There are different types of treatments and remedies that you can try.Today i am sharing some of the homemade scrubs that I personally use.

1 D.I.Y Coffee scrub

.Coffee grounds.

.Coconut oil.

.Sugar or Sea salt.

.Empty jar.

 

.Mix 1 cup of ground coffee with sugar or sea salt.

.Melt the coconut in the microwave and add to the mixture.

.Mix it well and transfer it into a jar.

.Use this in your shower, apply this to your areas of cellulite. Massage your scrub onto your skin in circular motion before rinsing.

.Repeat this when you shower for better results.

 

2 D.I.Y Coffee scrub.

.Coffee grounds.

.Hot water.

.Olive oil.

 

.Mix 1/4 cup ground coffee with 3 tbsp of hot water.

.Let the coffee absorb the hot water for ten minutes and form a paste.

.Mix in 2 tbsp of olive oil to help bind the grinds.

.Apply this in your shower and massage this scrub onto your skin in circular motion.

.Use as often as you can for better results.

.Body Scrub.

An exfoliator with caffeine helps reduce a dimpled appearance by temporarily deflating fat cells.

DIY: Take 1 cup of ground coffee and 1/2 cup of sugar.Add 1 cup of coconut oil and mix well.Apply this mixture on wet skin using circular motion.Rinse off and pat dry.

.Face Mask.

Coffee provides a gentle exfoliation to reveal a fresher, more radiant complexion.

DIY:To make a mask.Take 1 cup of coffee grounds with 1/2 a cup of cacao powder.Add 1 cup of whole milk,stir this mixture until it forms a paste.Mix in 1 tablespoon of honey to lock in the moisture.Rub over clean skin and let it dry for 15 minutes.Rinse with lukewarm water.

.Natural Volumizer.

Treating hair regularly with coffee can help keep the roots active and stimulate growth

DIY:Once a week, mix a handful of coffee grounds with a dollop of conditioner and work through roots, gently massaging your scalp to stimulate circulation; wait five minutes before rinsing.

.Post-Sun Smoother.

Coffee’s anti-inflammatory properties ease redness, and antioxidants fight off UV-induced free radicals.Caffeine helps protect against some skin cancers.

DIY: Dilute a cup of brewed coffee with cold water, then soak a soft cloth in the solution and blot over sunburned areas. Your skin will immediately feel cooler.

.Under Eye Balm.

Caffeine helps drain the fluid under eyes that causes puffiness, and it constricts blood vessels to dial down dark circles.

DIY: Create a cold compress by soaking two cotton rounds in a chilled cup of coffee. Wring them out, place over closed eyes and relax for 10 minutes as the liquid absorbs into your skin.
