An average person should drink 6 to 8 glasses of water everyday. I personally love drinking these water recipes, these not only boost the taste in fact it also flush the toxins out..

1.Strawberries and kiwis

.2 liters of water

.6 to 8 strawberries

.4 to 6 kiwis


2.Raspberries,grapefruit,cucumber,pears and mint

.gallon of spring water

.hand full of raspberries

.1 cucumber

.few leaves of fresh mint

optional (lemon or lime)

3.Apple cider vinegar,apples,lemons and cinnamon.

.12 ounces of filtered water

.2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

.1 tb of  lemon juice

.a ts of ground cinnamon and about half a medium apple sliced.

4.Lemon,cucumber and mint

.eight cups of water

.medium cucumber

.1 lemon

.8 to 10 mint leaves


5.Julianne Micheals detox water

.60 ounces of purified water

.2 tablespoon of diet cranberry juice

.2 table of lemon juice

.dandelion tea bag (stew the tea in a cup of water before using it)


6.Stress relieving detox water

.pineapple 1/2

.basil, 5 fresh leaves

.5 strawberries

. 2 ts of apple cider vinegar


7.Blueberry orange water

.six cups of water

.ice cubes

.handful of fresh blueberries

.2 mandarin oranges peeled and cut into chunks.


8.Raspberry and mint water

.medium size lime.
